Ariel $250.00
The basic setup for the do-it-yourself bride.
You benefit from all the hard work we've done gathering together and organizing various vendors, such as florists, catering companies, limo services, and the like, and can see prices and compare without all the hastle of calling them directly.
We will provide a list of all of our vendors catalogs and venues, and include a detailed step-by-step instruction guide to planning your own wedding. This guide would include basic milestone planning with a basic timeline detailing what tasks need to be completed, to ensure no last minute surprises.
Also provided, a "Day Of" checklist, outlining all the many things that will inevitably be left undone on the day of the ceremony, along with the basic list of the responsibilities of each member of the bridal party, and others.
Everything will be provided in the form of a 3-ring binder, for the bride to keep
$250.00 Payment would be due upon receipt of Binder.
Belle $800.00
This package includes the same basic services provided in the previous package, but adds:
- Vendor Coordination prior to the Wedding Day
- Wedding Day Coordination - Item Pickup/Delivery
- Rehearsal Planning and Coordination
- Unlimited phone and email access for questions and assistance
- A Certified Wedding Consultant onsite for Ceremony
A $200.00 deposit would be due with the contract. Balance to be paid at Rehearsal
Jasmine $1200.00
This package includes the same services in the previous packages, and adds:
- Reception Design and Execution, including floor plans and seating charts
- Budget Planning and Management
- Place Card Assembly and Placement
- Coordinating all venue related planning
- Rehearsal Dinner reservations
- Out of Town accommodation referrals
A $400.00 deposit would be due with the contract. Balance to be paid at Rehearsal.
Aurora 10% Wedding Budget, $2000.00 Minimum
The "Sit back and relax" package. In addition to everything above, we're happy to add:
- Unlimited venue visits (as needed)
- Bachelor/Bachelorette Part Planning
- Bridal Shower Assistance
- Complete Vendor Management and Coordination
- Detailed Timeline for Vendors on Wedding Day
- Fabrication of party/wedding favors
- Invitation Printing & Mailing
- Receive and Track RSVPs
- Any additional special needs that might arise
- Coordinate out-of-town visitors with lodging
A $600.00 deposit would be due with the contract.
Half the balance would be due two months prior to wedding.
